I thought it was just me at first. I noticed the radars seemed really "sluggish" and would not update like they were supposed to as Frances neared the Panhandle. They seem to be having problems.....

THERE IS A PROBLEM IN DC WITH THE SYSTEM
THAT PROVIDES THE RADAR IMAGES FOR THE
WEB.
THE PROBLEM IS BEING WORKED ON, BUT WE DO NOT
KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE.
In case you're having problems w/ radars updating also.....
