But nowhere near Frances' size, sounds like. How much of an anomaly is a storm the size of Frances, btw? (I've heard of supertyphoon Kip... just wondering where Frances was on the scale of ordinary to a once-every-10-years or once-a-century kind of event, just in terms of being a severe hurricane of that width.)
