NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
800 PM AST TUE SEP 7 2004

AT 8 PM AST....0000Z...THE GOVERNMENT OF VENEZUELA HAS ISSUED A
HURRICANE WATCH AND A TROPICAL STORM WARNING FOR THE ENTIRE
NORTHERN COAST OF VENEZUELA.

After all, they can forecast this better than we can. Thank god we're not living in a third world country. We would all be dead!
