Has anyone noticed that:
For Ivan: Hurricane force winds out up to 70 miles
TS winds out up to 160!
For Frances as I recall the hurricane force winds were out to around 80 miles (they spread out further when she weakened closer to land) and her ts winds were out to 185.
As a comparison, Charley's hurricane winds were out to around 35 more or less.
Ivan's windfield almost the size of Frances'!

Charleys hurricane force winds about 25 miles with highest winds with in a 5 miles area?. Frances 80 to 85 miles hurricane forces winds with 185 miles tropical storm force. With a weak cat2 hurricane at landfall. Ivan 70 miles of hurricane force winds with around 140 to 160 miles tropical storm force. Ivan if it got as powerful as Charley would be 100 times worst
