That's what I thought-- but check the 1:45 (30 minutes later) picture, and you may come to the conclusion I did.
Colin: While I think the eye may not be there anymore, I actually think it continues to strengthen over the past few frames, based on the convection getting over the center and becoming more circular, and cooling.
