With this slight south of west wobble/motion, I would think the risk of seeing hurricane force winds on those 2 islands, in particular Tobago, is higher than it was a few hours ago.
So isn't it better to eer on the side of caution and place a HURRICANE WATCH up at least for them?
The last hurricane to pass over Tobago was Sept 30 1963 ..FLORA. and Trinidad always boasts about being just to the south of the so called Hurricane Belt... but if this is the year that their luck runs out, then we can only hope and pray.

Agree but more than a watch a hurricane warning is needed now as it is racing.
