In most normal traffic situations, you will almost get run over if you drive under 75 (fact on I-10 anyway).
But come evacuation time, it's bumper to bumper, at 3 MPH. WHY!!!

LOL, same way here about having to go over the speed limit to not be run over. I was going 70 down I-85 a couple of weeks ago and you would have thought I was going 30. Geez...
