alcohol.

Frances in no way, has made any sort of turn toward the north.

I am betting just north of Miami, sliding across into the GOM and heading up the western edge of the Florida peninsula, to Panama City, for a 2nd landfall, unfortunately.

You Georgia, Carolinas people, need to go to bed and get a good night's sleep.

it cant GO into Georgia and Carolinas! It will hit a dmaned wall of low pressure before it even gets there! As it stands the second high looksl ike it is layering over the trough, making an even stronger triple barrier against Frances. this storm is in a environment of its own making, taking its gradual west northwest turn, not forced into a northward position by any feature htat I can see, and with a sitll holding high pressure ridge to its north and west, squeezing it into a very narrow corridor. Its oging to be a Central Florida hit around titusville but if it hits north of there, in Jacksonville up through the Carolinas, I will eat an entire piece of paper on which I will write "I was wrong and stupid" and perhaps even upload as photographic proof of my mistake. thats how confident I am that Frances isnt going North

Yeah most the admins are drunkards here too, why you think they picked this lousy server.

Also kind of funny how Charley hit near Tampa and Frances going to hit Near Daytona. Pay back for evil ways? :grrr:

I think most people here have no idea the implications if this storm stalls...something that is a real possibility.

None of us really knows where this monster is going. That's why declaring a state of emergency for the entire state of Florida was the prudent thing to do.

Also, Frances is quite big and seemingly getting bigger.

Dude, Dont know what your problem is.. Or why the rudeness, but if you dont like the server or us admins.. Might I suggest you go elsewhere? We have been working on server day and night.. We have full time jobs, and full time families. We give 110% to it.. We do it for you.. We do it for us.. We do it for every member out there.. So again I say.. If its still not good enough for you.. Then I once again suggest you go elsewhere.

Although I hope you already know it, I want to tell all the admins for this site that I for one REALLY appreciate the opportunity to get educated here. This is great stuff for everyone, and all we users have to do is click and visit. The admins, on the other hand, have their hands full. SO - my hat's off to everyone who keeps this board going - even with all the challenges they have, I think they do a remarkable job!!

No, it's to remind folks that swinging door chads, dimpled chads, and such are really insignificant.
