Latest TWC update, Lyons was not committing to any paticular landfall. Just predicting within the cone.

Interesting. On the 5:50 update he didn't mention that at all. He said that they are expecting a turn a little more northward, but everyone within the cone needs to pay close attention.

Lyons is on crack.The ridge is too strong.It will keep Frances on a more W- wnw track thru out
