Pen and Paper, Please

#1 Postby STORMSURGE » Tue Aug 31, 2004 4:09 pm

How many of you still track these storms the old fashioned way, using the tracking charts that you get at Lowes or wherever? I know I can never get away from good ole pen and paper tracking. Sorda adds to the fun of it all, I guess. I alsays use a sheet of notebook paper to record all of the vital info at each update and then convert it ti the tracking chart. The tracking charts that I got this year are about 6 pages per, tons of info inside. I probably still have the last 12 years worth of 'canes in the old filing cabinet.

I was using pen and paper when receiving text updates from NHC in my email box at work when planning to chase Isabel. I know that is not the same but was nice to plot your own track!
