NHC Conference Summary?

Could anyone fill us in on the details of the NHC news conference mentioned below? It's 30 min. til local news here and can't find anything about it elsewhere.

Just talking about So Florida is not out of the woods yet. Also talking about the new Noaa instrument they droped into Frances measuring the surface winds. Talked about the models as well
