Site slowness

I know this is better meant for the help section.. but my navigation through the site today has been slow and downright frustrating lol..

Is it just me.. or are several others of you taking forever to have posts submitted or whatever else you may be trying to navigate through

I'm having real difficulty getting the site to load and posting. It rejects over half of what I want to do with a "Site not responding" message. I also can't access any personal messages.

It could be site overload, but it is really frustrating with a real monster developing uprange from you!

This site is experiencing unprecedented traffic and load. The word is definitely out that Storm2K is a happening place!

From what I understand, Marshall and Chad are addressing the problem with additional memory that will installed on the server as soon as possible.

Be patient...and donate, if possible, to help get this puppy some more fuel. :D

Thanks for the info guys.. It's really making me nuts that this thing is taking forever.. At 1st I just thought it was my computer.. but evidently that is not the case lol

Trust me, I know it's frustrating, but please be patient. We've never had to deal with 400 people online at once and now we know what is needed. An additional 1/2 GB of RAM has been ordered and will be installed ASAP, hopefully today.
