There is a high degree of uncertainty as to the path of Frances. It appears to be evolving into an annular storm. As of now it appears a Saturday-Sunday hit, but cannot rule out a Friday SFL strike. So...
IF you live in the Coastal Plain of FL, GA, SC, or NC you should complete your preps now. It will be to late to find items once we get to Thursday with a more definite landfall locale. And if you stock up and the storm misses you consider yourself lucky!
Already you are ahead of the general public because you are here reading S2k. Use your lead time wisely...
