It will in turn strengthen the High Pressure Ridge over the Eastern US....
So much so it could possibly drive Frances right through the Florida Straits

It's been close to the perfect storm for some time now. You mean it needs to be the perfect ridge, right? ;)

In all seriousness, I don't want this thing to get in the Gulf of Mexico. Not to be overprotective and selfish for my hometown, I'm one that certainly prefers watching from afar...I don't take kindly to these systems when they get close to home.

C'mon you guys.....Give me a little bit of a break....I said the conditions have to be just right for S. FL. to be hit by a Cane....I still stick by that.....

However..........I thought my Gators would win another National Title before this area was hit by a Hurricane(not UM)......I don't know....

I will say this.....some of you have excellent selective retention

After the models starting driving west today you couldn't wait to see what I would say(lol)
