Rob isn't too excited about this storm at the moment. He's talking about Frances, but he said possibly Central Flordia. He said it may become a gulf storm, but we are watching a ULL in the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico that may cause some trouble for Frances.
I guess having the gulf coasts most powerful live Doppler Radar isn't giving him the hookup on the answers. BTW.... Rob knows weather in South Louisiana.... he is on billboards across the town, because he jumped TV Stations.
Rob Perilo (forecast) not saying much...

Rob's very accurate when it comes to tropical activity. I will say it'll get more interesting in coming days. Local media flips out when a storm has even the slightest chance of hitting us.
Wasn't it Isidore that everyone jumped the gun about? Shutting down schools for three days and such. I think it caused them to be a bit more relaxed when Lili hit a week later.
