Nhc says new tropcial cyclone forming off Cape verdes!

#1 Postby Matthew5 » Mon Aug 30, 2004 10:28 am

A TROPICAL WAVE IS LOCATED JUST EAST OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS IN
THE FAR EASTERN TROPICAL ATLANTIC OCEAN. THIS SYSTEM IS WELL
ORGAINIZED AND COULD BECOME A TROPICAL CYCLONE TODAY.

It appears to be a fish!

17 storms can still happen. 9 in August, 5 in September, 3 in October, it's still possible. My 14 storm prediction seems just a little low right now
