18Z GFS says SE FL is not off the hook....has Frances going into the Miami area because the ridge builds strongly after Hermine and Gaston exit stage right. 12Z Euro shows the exact same thing.

I would like you all to look at the wobbles Floyd had and what happened then. Everyone should keep their guard up until close to the weekend. By Wednesday we will have a better idea of where it is going to go.
