ITCZ over Africa behind it looks pretty dead...

Waves are moving VERRRRRY slowly now over west Africa....thing is moving quite slowly.

I suspect it will show a good circ in the descending QS pass this afternoon....

This was mentioned yesterday in several threads. The system has had a powerful circulation for a while now; it just needs convection to lift off. Several models have played with the idea of having another tropical cyclone develop out of this. This should come to life in a few days...
