Last hour of NRL loop wobbles are mostly west....

#1 Postby Frank P » Sun Aug 29, 2004 12:14 am

Looking at the lastest information available from the NRL IR Sat loop, Frances looks to be moving west or just north of west.... certainly moving more west than WNW during the past hour or so... need more time to comfirm this trend obviously but it did catch my eye watching it on the loops...

Yeah I noticed that too. Maybe if you average out all the motions that it is taking, it comes out to still WNW. Maybe Im wrong who knows. Im gonna wait for a few more loops to make sure myself.

i just got another sat pix.. add another 30 minutes to the westward track... actually over the past 90 minutes its been basically just north of due west... but not WNW during this span... now it might average out to be WNW over time..... and it could start wobbling back to the north any time... just interesting to monitor

looked to me that frances slowed down for a bit and shifted to the W.might be a trend coming about if i saw it right.to me when a systems slows a change of a course is about to happen in this case not much slow needed for such a slight deviation.moring time will tell.
