They are really agreeing now right on the NHC track(except for the A98E)

Yes tight clustered and that is a real consensus for the globals and tropicals.

Turn Northwest
As I mentioned earlier today and the models are now starting to hint at it, Frances will not be a threat to Florida but from the Carolinas northward.

Well, except the NHC (which pretty much splits the difference of all the other tracks) would take Frances right across the southern tip of Florida. (by this model, anyway, 7-8 days out).
