That map goes to show that not just the east coast have to watch out but people in the gulf of mexico as well.

I dont find it so funny.. Thats the nature of the beast.. To dang soon to pin point any more then that.. If they would have made an exact track image you all would be in an uproar on how wrong it is for them to do that etc..

that may or may not be the case.. however... bastardi is saying North Carolina.. Straight out... So far, I think I will have to believe what he says... He nailed Alex.. Also the rapid intensification... He has been saying we would see something off the coast develop the past few days even when the nhc did not even mention it in the two... He blew the forecast on Charley, but who didnt... Lets not start the Accubashing again... We just went through this the past few days...

Well, everyone KNOWS my stance on the whle Accuweather issue, but I will say this ...

JB made a very gutsy call with a tropical cyclone developing off the SE coast with his "Newfoundland Wheel" post (which basically is, I guess, his term for a 50/50 low) ... but I must say, that was one hell of a call two weeks ago ...

Exactly... this map is more a graphic indicating that we have a hurricane moving toward the U.S., not a genuine forecast for the storm.
