It's the fact that there are storms..over that very warm water sitting pretty much stationary with the slightest hint of a possible spin *Winks* may be nothing..but I think it sure is starting to get peoples attention...

I disagree, I am with Josephine, I see a definite Low pressure rotation with some thunderstorms near the center. Not very organized yet, but it is looking better and the water is so warm right there with minimal shear.

my think it could become td but ts too close to land unless it stay in water some time put i heard it going inland by sat :D

It could become a tropical storm too.. those are warm waters there and it could develop a little if it stays parked or slow moving..

It's been out there for days, just rotating away...

Got some of the most spectacular clouds out of it Wednesday night, too. Absolutely gorgeous.

There has been a LLC there since yesterday. Now its a tropical depression. This wasn't ever a 'blob' the the classical sense. =)
