Even the NHC in its 11 a.m. discussion hints that a more drastic left (west) turn may be in the offing for Frances. This would, of course, increase the threat to our friends in Puerto Rico.
I wouldn't get too excited about any GFS run though. The 0Z today had Frances hitting the mid-Gulfside coast of Florida. The 6z run has Frances hitting south of Brownsville, TX.
