If you look at the latest waper vapor pics, there is so much dry air surrounding Frances - nothing to stand in her way of rapid intensification. A classic set up, no doubt.

Usually dry air is an inhibiting factor. :wink:

It hasn't affected it thus far and it's been surrounded since it developed.

Good point Brent. However, every time a Wave did not develop in July the TAFB would scream DRY AIR. Something just does not add up here. Someone Please explain this to me.
