After 11 days of sweat and numerous ounces of cold water consumed.. I have got my lights back.
I actually got them back around 4:30pm yesterday. But people in my residential area are still without. I actually do feel sorry for them.
At a Kissimmee commission meeting last night, numerous KUA customers talked with the KUA president and the city of Kissimmee, may even consider switching to a different power company.
There are still 2,500 people in the dark and they may not be relit till Sunday.
UPDATE: I've got light, but 2,500 still without
