It is possible with that trough there, in that high expected to develop to the north. Which would help to suck the moisture/or energy into that one area over time. Plus you add that upper low speeding south might help it with outflow. Then this might get interesting. The models have been hinting at pressure falls in the area!
For one it is more likely at this moment, that the next storm would form from that wave over central Africa.
