When will 96L invest be up for East Atlantic Wave?

If organization of the wave improves from what it is now then by tommorow afternoon 96L may be up.

it really has not organized. Convection has increased, but the convection remains to the south of the greatest area of rotation

If 96L invest is put up for the wave I think it will most likely be Tuesday night it to my untrained eyes it doesn't appear to be organizing at this time JMO.

Still not well organized tonight as some shear from the east is pushing the convection more east from the wave axis.But if that shear relaxes then more organization will occur.

I saw that the investigation for this was up at the NRL site before I saw this topic. SO I wont cheat and pick a date now.

The 1KM view is awesome.

But that 90L one is an error of NRL as it has the same pic of 96L.The order of the numbers after Earl which was 95L before it was a storm is now 96L.
