West Pac. heating up....

New system developing rapidly well east of Guam. Joint Typhoon Center feels this could intensify rapidly due to UL to it's NE. Track brings it near Guam and Saipan in 5 days with strong ridge to it's north to provide westward track.

Actually, WPAC has been hot all year-we are up to number 20 now which we normally don't reach out there until mid September.
