The Talkin Tropics show will air tonight at 9PM and will be streaming for TWO hours.
Other than the usual review of current tropical weather...our focus tonight will be the events immediately preceeding the landfall of Hurricane Charley, as well as the post storm comments from TV Stations across Florida and comments from National Media...as well as trying to assess what...if anything...went wrong.
If you have an opinion about this situation...tune in tonight. We may not have phones up and running, as Steve is still without power...so we will be counting on the contributions from the folks in the virtual studio. Please...if you can...join us there because we are going to be looking for a large range of opinions on this topic.
This won't be a congressional hearing...but it will be the next closest thing.
See http://www.talkintropics.com for info!!

they are fools! But so were the wright brothers.........
I saw the video from Kings rd and I75 about 6 hrs after they were there. The next day it was on cnn!!! These huys are Famous, and the video will probably win an award somewhere.
They are also LUCKY.... My sister and her family survived by surrounding themselves with mattresses and cocooning themselves. Some guy hunkering in his tralier had a piece of window strike him in an artery and he bled out. you can not take chances an expect to live a long life

Currently, many folks associated with the program like Chad and Dr O are safe but without power...as this system passed close to both of them.
