That is, for the wave right near the Cape Verdes. I think tomorrow if it keeps organization

Tomorrow morning if convection can get more impressive during the overnight hours as it's usual.

I voted for tonight, though it maybe sometime in the middle of the night (here). of course off the coast of Africa Visible satellite imagery will be available.

Well tomorrow morning is now and no invest.If it mantains the convection it has now and gain some more then I can see 96L going up by this afternoon or evening.
