Earl looks pretty disorganized right now, but if you look at the latest vis loops from GOES it sure does hint of a mid level circulation at perhaps 14.8 and 71.1, obviously we need some more loops to confirm...
during this redevelopment cycle it is possible that it has numerous small centers and perhaps that is what is giving recon so much trouble, trying to track one down...
