...Earl moving away from the Windward Islands...

at 2 PM AST...1800z...all warnings for the Windward Islands have
been discontinued. Interests in these islands should exercise
caution until winds and seas subside.
At 2 PM AST...1800z...the center of Tropical Storm Earl was located
near latitude 12.0 north... longitude 63.0 west or about 90
miles... 140 km...west of Grenada.

Earl is moving toward the west near 28 mph ...44 km/hr...and a
westward to west-northwestward motion is expected for the next 24
hours.

Maximum sustained winds are near 45 mph... 75 km/hr...with
higher gusts. Some strengthening is forecast during the next 24
hours.

Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 85 miles
...140 km from the center.

Estimated minimum central pressure is 1011 mb...29.85 inches.

Repeating the 2 PM AST position...12.0 N... 63.0 W. Movement
