Earl moving up in latitude

Latest loop shows him up to approx 12.5, it appears he is reorganizing as we speak..

That convection over the center of rotation is moving due west, and it is still near 12 N. That little island probably just got hammered.

I see him a 12.5N and 62.5W, looks like the LLC make have tucked itself under convection and center is becoming better organized. This should put him closer to NHC forecast track by this evening.
