Voluntary Evacuation Of SC Counties

South Carolina Governor has just declared a voluntary evacuation of Buford, Jasper and Collatin (sp?) counties for those in low-lying areas.

In Charleston area & surrounding areas

4-6 inches of rain
Flooding in low-lying areas
Gusty winds from 50 to 60 hours in Charleston, SC coastal areas
Sustained winds in some counties up to 60 to 70 miles per hour
Isolated Tornadoes
