Bye for now..

#1 Postby Josephine96 » Fri Aug 13, 2004 9:18 am

Just wanted to let you guys know I'm leaving for a bit.. I might come back on right before Charley sets his sights on us here..

But if not.. I'll be safe and sound {I hope} and will talk to you guys later..

As I speak.. The lady I'm living with is now downplaying the storm yet again.. She insists that "all we're getting is 60 mph winds and rain"

I still think we're getting hurricane force winds despite what everyone says..

Like I said, John, wrap up and secure your computer. Of course, above all, be safe yourself. The computer CAN be replaced. But it you want to use it after the storm (and after power is restored), take care of it.

Take care, buddy, and now we're all praying for you and wishing you well.

Even 60 mph winds can rattle you. Take care!

You don't feel like leaving?

It's safer to leave now before the storm AND winds AND FLYING DEBRIS hit.
