Hurricane Charliey effects?

#1 Postby thstorm87 » Fri Aug 13, 2004 8:08 am

I have a question. I live in the ne part of philly, I was expecting a rainy day today from all the leftovers of bonnie. We were expecting like 2-4inches, but it has barely rained and it appears all the moisture is bypassing us to the east. My question is what affects are we expecting from charlie? The latest I heard from my local forecast this morning is for like 1-2 inches of rain, and some gusty winds. If that is all, the we excaped both these storms with practually nothing.

That forecast looks good. NHC has it as a depression Sunday at 2am over Northern Virginia, should pass west of you over towards Harrisburg.
