Looks like Charley will run into some of that shear, as well as Bonnie, probably keeping him on the Tampa Bay and South track, I would guess:

I wouldn't expect Charley to move that far north in the GOM. All wind shear values in the SE GOM will be less than 10m/s. No problems there.
