effects??

Hi, I am new to the board but have lurked for about a year. I moved to Palm Beach, Fl. about a year ago and am just curious as to what I could expect to see here on this side of the state? Just heavy rain? I wouldn't mind experiencing some of this storm, just to get an idea of what it is like.

Hi Shannon. I moved to Palm Beach County in 99. I know how you feel about what to expect. I felt the same way that year. We'll probably just get wind and rain this time around.

Expect some gusty winds, possibly to near hurricane force. Could be some trees down and power outages, otherwise, just heavy rain.
