Orlando Fox affiliate begins hourly updates

Watches and Warnings aren't even posted yet and Fox Orlando met Jim Van Fleet announced that as of 10am today.. hourly updates are beginning on the progress of Charley..

I don't know when Dave Marsh, Tom Sorrells or Tom Terry will follow suit.. but you know it gets pretty serious when hourly updates begin

All 4 news stations in miami have hourly updates going on and Bryan Norcross will be on at 12 because of Charley so Miami weathercasters are a little nervous as well

My personal favorite mets here when a storm closes in are probably Glenn Richards and Tom Terry..

They both can get dramatic but also tell it like it is supposed to be told.

Dave Marsh is too melodramatic and the Channel 6 morning met didn't even mention Charley this morning when I turned it on..

That is too funny. I mean come on it's not like Charly is 300 miles away. I'm sorry but in MY opinion this is overracting.

Could be SC.. I think personally I would have waited till watches and warnings were issued

Well with Bryan Norcross he was the only meteorologists on the news stations that thought Andrew was going to come to miami and he was right i have more faith in him then any other of the meteorologists on the news station.

Mr. Norcross made a bold call and a good 1 then :wink:

I'm in bad luck because I won't see the local news till 10-11 tonight since I'm not home now and I have church later lol..
