I'm very worried...

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

I'm very worried...

With all the rains we've had this summer in my area, the last thing we need is TWO tropical systems. It currently looks like I'll be on the east side of the remnants of Bonnie, and on the west side of Charly - any idea what this could do for my area?

I kind of don't want to know...and our NWS barely even mentions it. Figures.

I understand your concern. But as for now just keep watching both of them very carefully. Just wait until tomorrow until it becomes clearer where Charley will head. You should always have your hurricane plans ready by the start of the hurricane season if you are in a hurricane prone area. Just keep an eye and tomorrow if you feel threatened enough by Charlie then you may need to rush off to Publix.

Just took a look at an IR loop. Sure looks like Charley is moving NW , perhaps towards the north side of Jamaica. Thoughts...

Grocery store that dominates FL. I worked for them for 15 years. I bet they are planning water deliveries as I type.

The posts or stuff said are NOT an official forecast and my opinion alone. Please look to the NHC and NWS for official forecasts and products.

Model Runs Cheat Sheet:
GFS (5:30 AM/PM, 11:30 AM/PM)
HWRF, GFDL, UKMET, NAVGEM (6:30-8:00 AM/PM, 12:30-2:00 AM/PM)
ECMWF (1:45 AM/PM)
TCVN is a weighted averaged

Opinions my own.
