Speed Kills

Seems like his foward speed is reducing his ability to strengthen. He's creating his own shear :lol:

Yes its called relative shear and I have mentioned it about 40 times since aug 2

Looks like the tropical version of the highway patrol has Charley cornered. Watch your speed, folks. Smokey doesn't play.
