After declining from yesterday to this morning 93L is improving a little, with actual convection near the vort center for the first time in a long time (it actually has been well east of the convection for most of the life of 93L.)
There is a mid-level vort with ex-2....no sfc circ, pressures are high, but it seems fairly likely to develop; it's just a bit further from that than the general impression now, though.
It also just vomited out an outflow boundary, which is not a good sign for quick development

This just out:
Urban and small stream flood advisory for...
northern Citrus County in Florida.
This includes Lecanto... Crystal River... Beverly Hills...
Citronelle... Citrus Springs.
... Until 630 PM EDT.
At 513 PM EDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
rainfall rates of three inches per hour.
Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the Road.
The water depth may be too great to allow you to cross safely.
Vehicles caught in rising water should be abandoned quickly. Move to
higher ground.
Rapid rising streams will exceed their banks by up to 1 foot. This
will cause minor flooding of nearby low lying areas. Move to higher
ground.
