but TPC mentions no low assoc. with it. This TW looks better organized, albeit little convection. If convection increases this TW will be one to reckon with for the Carib. yet it gets no mention in the TWO?

I have also been looking at this wave at 9n40w, the dry air was getting to it , but now it looks like it is going to be a player in the next day or so :?:

TROPICAL WAVE LOCATED ABOUT 1100 NM E OF BARBADOS ALONG 40W/41W
S OF 16N MOVING W 15 KT. THE WAVE HAS A BROAD BUT WELL-DEFINED
CIRCULATION CENTERED ALONG 10N...BUT IT IS NOT CLEAR WHETHER OR
NOT A SFC LOW HAS FORMED ALONG THE AXIS. TSTMS ARE LOOSELY
ORGANIZED OVER THE WRN SEMICIRCLE OF THE CIRCULATION...BUT THE
COVERAGE IS PROBABLY BEING LIMITED BY THE ENTRAINMENT OF DRIER
AIR FROM THE N.
WIDELY SCATTERED MODERATE CONVECTION FROM 7N-13N
BETWEEN 41W-49W.
