WEATHER RECON FLIGHT FOR TODAY .... "IF NECESSARY"

For this afternoon the NHC/TPC has in plan a flight to investigate the renmants of TD #2, if it's necessary, but telling the true, if this system doesn't get its act together from now to this afternoon the flight will most likely be cancelled. The system continues to be pound by shear which is forecast to decrease. The flight may be postponed for tomorrow, that's what I think will happen, let see what happens until this afternoon.
