later today or tonight if ex-TD 2 continues her track at the present intensity. Thoughts?

Ehhhhh maybe, but strong Westerly shear is present over the system currently, any LLC would be on the way W side of the convection where i wouldnt expect much development unless it 1)makes it past this shear or 2)the shear weakens

It certainly has a way to go, but is getting pretty close to the DR, etc. A TDS is not out of the question -- unless she starts to rapidly dissipate.

It is being sheared and putting out outflow boundries. so, wait till it reaches the W Carb.....MGC

NO TDS for 91L/TD#2.... too much shear right now and the outflow boundaries are causing havoc...

A TDS can be issued regardless of development. We saw that earlier this season. If the wave posed a threat life threatening flash flooding then a TDS would be warranted IMHO.

Tomorrow afternoon recon is scheduled to investigate it. If it is a threat to Jamaica they will upgrade it then.
