confirms we have a closed surface circulation just ene of Barbados.

Dont think thats a part of a closed center. The center is still a decent distance from barbados

Per 11 p.m. advisory, the presumed center is only 85 mi ENE of Barbados. That's close enough for Barbados to be in its circulation envelope, isn't it?

First of all...the winds were only 4 kts...that could be a local effect.

Second...now the winds are out of the SE at 14 kts. Obviously an outflow boundry has moved through...which does not bode well for a well developed circulation to be found.

We have to wait until the recon. I still think it is 50/50 that they close it off.
