First of all...the winds were only 4 kts...that could be a local effect.
Second...now the winds are out of the SE at 14 kts. Obviously an outflow boundry has moved through...which does not bode well for a well developed circulation to be found.
We have to wait until the recon. I still think it is 50/50 that they close it off.
