Homegrown stuff in GOM?

I know most of us have all eyes on Alex East and the
far Atlantic. Though I do believe we should keep an open eye for home grown tropical development in the GOM during middle or later part of this week. IMO

Don't see anything to be worried about out there right now, not with the strong ridge that has built in over the Southern states. However, I never take my eyes off the GOM!! I live too close to it!!!

Nothing to be worried about in the GOM ATT, but keep a close eye on it I will.
