I don't understand why the watch/warning is not extended at least to Jacksonville.

I don't know why they havent intensified the storm yet. You know how the NHC is I bet you this would be a Hurricane if it was in the Eastern Pacific.

In the real loop it looks like he may be frowning! Maybe he is telling us he is sorry and wants to move inland! He is just saying sorry for the inconvenience.
