30/2345 UTC 28.0N 76.1W T1.5/1.5 99 -- Atlantic Ocean

So the latest tonight according to sat estimates no change in the wind profile haved be noted in the past 6 hours.

How the system looks now i will say its too weak, but i will be generous and say i think it should be T1.0 instead of T1.5
