Question about 99L...

When do you think we will see NHC issue possible recon invest missions for this system if it continues to develop?

Yes...given that we have some model support...we will probably see an invest planned for tomorrow when the plan is released later today.

We will probably see somethng about recon investigation in the 11:30 TWO, but I wouldn't expect them to go in and investigate until tomorrow sometime.
